Where is your company based?

I operate my business in my private residency in Berlin, Germany.

Where do you deliver?

Currently I only serve the German market. However, I do wish to grow my business and one day I will ship worldwide. If you live outside Germany but you love my products, please drop a message.

What is your return policy?

For personalized items, we do not accept returns. Should you not be happy with the product please contact us immediately.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at findri@kraftfinity.berlin. The return address will be provided upon confirmation via email.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Do you accept big order for company?

Yes. Feel free to contact me before placing an order.

What is your shipping method?

The standard shipping method is by DHL and Deutsche Post.

Do you offer pick up service?

By default no. However, if you live in Berlin and you need your product asap, you can pick up your order at my home address. Please contact me if you prefer pick up over standard shipping method.
